If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused, unwashed, make-up free, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their ORIGINAL condition with tags attached within 5 days of receiving shipment, less the shipping costs for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. . . .NO REFUNDS! BORN TRENDY BOUTIQUE MUST RECEIVE ITEMS BY THE 5TH DAY NO EXCEPTIONS!!! THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. PLEASE TRY ON ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE!!!  Before returning and item, please contact the boutique by email: info@shopborntrendy.la.  We do not accept returns after 5 days of you receiving your shipment.  The shipping charges to return an item will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Store Credit will be issued. All store credit must be redeemed within 45 days no exceptions!!! If it is not redeemed an additional 25% fee will be assessed....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: All swimsuits, jewelry, accessories, handbags, sale items and/or discounted are FINAL. If an item is marked sale on the website then it can not be returned under any circumstances...NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Denim marked down below $25 is not returnable under any circumstances...NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We cannot accept returns on special order item or pre-order items. Items that are considered pre-order will be under the pre-order tab on the website. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.


Items must be received by Born Trendy Boutique within 5 days of receiving the package for an exchange/return. Please include a copy of the invoice emailed to you with your return or exchange.

Refused or undeliverable packages will be charged a return shipping cost. Return shipping cost varies by shipping method used in the original order. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please note: Born Trendy Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  For example: items left on your front doorstop, packages bent or torn, items delivered to the wrong address and so on. Please revise and review shipping information before completing order.
